The Training Highly Sensitive Very Normal gave me the tools I needed to better listen to my body and to better take care of myself. The exercises helped me to get ot know myself and my body. I experimented with the different tools that are offered in the training and I make more time to eat healthy, exercise more and to express myself through creative outlets.
