With Soulutions I want to help you to tap into the truest version of who you are, so you can become the conscious creator of the life you truly want to live.
With Soulutions we focus on 3 things:
1. How to stop 🛑 putting the wrong things in (meaning new bad habits, new limiting beliefs etc).
2. How to start putting the right things in (meaning mastering your mind, your thoughts, your emotions + supportive beliefs, good habits etc)
3. Getting the things out that should not be in there (meaning letting go of bad habits and old limiting beliefs etc that are already in your subconsciousness)
This way we re-program your compass so that it becomes positive and starts pointing towards your true north. This allows you to end up where you want to be. In other words reach your goals.
Besides our subconsciousness programmed with bad habits and beliefs we don't want, there are only two other things that influence us:
1. Mainstream media (newsflash: it's always negative so stop watching, reading & listening to the news, being on social media so much etc.)
2. The peer group you hang out with. Meaning the people you surround yourself with, that you see and speak to daily.
With Soulutions you will focus on putting the right positive things into your subconscious mind and you will share that with likeminded people on a similar journey to yours that are dedicated to reaching their goals while helping others do the same*.
During our meet-up we will work on discovering what bad habits, limiting beliefs or faulty auto-pilot programs are keeping you stuck where you don't want to be and then we will work on taking those out and replacing them with new habits, beliefs and auto-pilot programs that will make sure you reach your desired destination in life.
You will also get to share your story, ask your questions and get additional coaching in a safe space with other people just like you who are committed to supporting each other to be and stay in the driver seat of your life.
